Lawson Athletic is our sprawling wellness space. Set across two levels, it caters to all. A place for movement, recovery, and routine – whether that means an early workout, a long sauna, or simply carving out an hour away from the noise.

Created for every body - from daily movers, to occasional stretchers - Lawson Athletic consists of two spaces; the Gymnasium (with weights, machines, mirrors) and the Wet Rooms (to sauna, shower, and change).
