These sessions incorporate traditional strength training with functional accessory movements - and by that we mean; pull, push, hinge, squat and rotate. Phew! Each week, under expert supervision, you’ll work through a balanced mix of moves to progress your strength safely, improve your technique, and feel strong.

These signature Lawson Athletic sessions are a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. Each class will leave your legs a little jelly and lungs a little heavy - but you’ll have the best post-workout GLOW after pushing through each workout-challenge under the guidance of our great instructors, on-point music and feel-good vibes.

EXPRESS

Always different, always challenging and always 30-minutes. Our High Intensity Interval Training Express classes will improve your athletic ability with high energy, low impact movements, resistance and interval training. HIIT Express is a non-competitive and no-ego, environment — book in, and enjoy a fast and fulsome workout in the LF Gymnasium.

YOGA

Join us in the studio for a yoga session to integrate your mind, body and soul. Through a meditative approach, gentle guidance from our zen instructors will help facilitate a sense of release and grounding. Each class is designed with a range of seated and standing postures to improve mental and physical health to bring whole body healing, leaving you with a healthy glow, feeling invigorated and full of energy (ps who doesn't need a glow up right now?).

PILATES

This mat-based class offers an effective and low-impact workout that will isolate, lengthen and tone your muscles through fundamental Pilates movements. Mat Pilates is also the ideal session for active recovery (to compliment your gruelling training week, perhaps?). A purposeful class, great for your core and those cute-glutes of yours.

BREATH

Breathwork sessions calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and help to ground you - ultimately reducing stress and tension (btw, relax your jaw as you read this). During class you’ll explore a range of breathing patterns to balance, activate and release your muscles, elevating the senses and leading to a transformative experience.
